Varanguard Consulting LLC ("Varanguard," "we," "us," or "our") provides web design, web development, and IT consulting services to small and growing businesses. We do not collect SMS content from numbers that have not opted in.

3. SMS messaging and mobile information

No sharing of mobile numbers

Information sharing is limited to subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the SMS service — for example, our SMS gateway provider (such as Twilio) for message transmission, and our hosting provider for application operation. These subprocessors are contractually restricted to using the data only as needed to operate the service on our behalf. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS contents.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your engagement with us — for example, you may receive more messages during an active project and few or none between projects. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your wireless provider apply to all messages sent and received through our SMS service.

Your SMS choices

• Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any Varanguard text message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also email us at info@varanguard.com to be removed from SMS communications.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email info@varanguard.com.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when necessary to operate our business and deliver our services:

• Subprocessors: Vetted vendors who help us run the site and our services (hosting, email delivery, SMS gateway, analytics). They are contractually restricted to processing data only as needed on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Varanguard, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: If Varanguard is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred — subject to the protections of this Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site running, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

6. Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the services you've asked about, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you opt out of SMS, we stop sending you messages immediately and keep only the records required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

We protect your information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access is restricted to authorized Varanguard personnel and vetted subprocessors who need it to operate the services. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
